RiverLeaf Camper: Terms & Conditions

General Use

You agree to use RiverLeaf, LLC boxes, accessories, and related products in accordance with the instructions in the Use & Maintenance Manual provided at the time of purchase.
The buyer is solely responsible for any damage, breakage, or premature wear resulting from improper use, improper loading, inadequate securing, or incorrect installation.

Pricing

RiverLeaf, LLC reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time an order is placed and are not guaranteed in advance.
If a pricing error occurs, or if a price changes during order processing, RiverLeaf will allow the buyer to cancel the order for a full refund and will attempt to offer an alternative solution where possible.

Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date the buyer receives the product.

• One (1) year warranty applies to the furniture/box components and built-in elements/accessories (including, but not limited to, the submersible pump and faucet).

• If a product has a defect during the warranty period, RiverLeaf will, at its discretion, repair, replace the affected part, or issue a refund if repair/replacement is not feasible.

Warranty exclusions / voiding conditions:
This warranty is void if the product:

• is used abnormally or for a purpose other than intended,

• is exposed to unsuitable environments or special/harsh conditions beyond normal use,

• is modified, altered, or repaired by the buyer or any third party without written authorization from RiverLeaf.

Limitation of Liability & Safety

RiverLeaf conversion boxes are designed to fit behind the middle-row seats, rear seats, or in the middle-row seat area depending on the product model. These products do not modify the vehicle structure.

Securing & safety:
The buyer is solely responsible for securing and attaching the product properly inside the vehicle. Treat the product as cargo—if not properly secured, it may shift during driving and may cause injury or damage.

Due to the product’s design and moving components, the buyer acknowledges there may be pinch-point hazards. Always use care during setup, use, and storage, and follow all instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiverLeaf, LLC is not liable for injuries to people or damage to vehicles or property arising from transportation, installation, securing, use, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

Release & Indemnification

By purchasing and/or using RiverLeaf products, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RiverLeaf, LLC and its employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your purchase and/or use of RiverLeaf products, including claims involving:

1. bodily injury, illness, or death, and/or

2. property damage or economic loss,
   whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether brought by you or any third party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@riverleafcamper.com.

Return shipping:

• For all returns except faulty/defective items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We strongly recommend LTL freight on a pallet to reduce the chance of damage in transit.

• RiverLeaf is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier during the return shipment.

Inspection & refund:

• Once received, we will inspect the return to confirm all components are present and in good condition.

• Approved refunds will be processed minus a 10% handling fee and credit card processing fees.

Local pickup/returns:

• For on-site pickup and on-site return, we may be able to provide a full refund, depending on condition and inspection.

Faulty items:

• If you believe your item is faulty/defective, email hello@riverleafcamper.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help promptly.
